SEEC continue to represent RMS as their Soil Conservationists on the Pacific Complete Project – 150km of new dual carriageway from south of Grafton to Ballina. There are several contractors on the site, which is divided into a number of sections. SEEC’s role is to ensure the Contractors’ Erosion and Sediment Control Plans are adequately designed and implemented.
